Chapter 1: General Provisions

- Once the Company approves the user’s application, an ID and other necessary information will be provided.
- The ID entered at the time of registration cannot be changed, and only one ID is issued per person.
- The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications in the following cases:
- When using another person’s name.
- When failing to apply under the user’s real name.
- When providing false information on the application.
- When applying for the purpose of disrupting public order or good morals.
Article 3: Use and Restrictions of Service
- The service is available 24/7 unless there are business or technical difficulties.
- The Company may limit service hours in case of system maintenance, with prior notice to members.
- Online consultation services may not be available 24/7 due to the schedules of responsible consultants.
Article 4: Service Fees
- All registered members can use the service free of charge.
- If the Company decides to introduce paid services, it will publicly announce the timing, policies, and fees before implementation.
Chapter 3: Membership Withdrawal, Re-registration, and Service Restrictions
Article 1: Membership Withdrawal
- If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, they must request cancellation via email.
- The user must provide their name, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal. Once verified, the membership will be terminated.
- A successful withdrawal is confirmed when the user is unable to log in with their previous ID and password.
Article 2: Re-registration
- A withdrawn user who wishes to re-register must submit a request via email.
- The user must provide their name, ID, and phone number for verification.
- If the user can log in with their previous ID and password, the re-registration process has been completed.
Article 3: Service Restrictions
The Company may suspend or terminate a user’s service access without prior notice if they:
- Violate public order or good morals.
- Engage in criminal activities.
- Use the service for activities that harm national interests or social welfare.
- Steal another person’s ID or password.
- Defame or cause harm to others.
- Register multiple accounts under different IDs.
- Interfere with the service’s operations.
- Violate other laws or service policies.
Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability Regarding Service Use
Article 1: Online Consultation
- The Company strives to keep users’ consultation content confidential, but it is not liable for disclosure in the following cases:
- When the user negligently leaks their password.
- When the user deletes their own consultation records.
- When content is lost due to natural disasters or other uncontrollable circumstances.
- Staff members may reference consultation content to provide more comprehensive responses.
- Consultation records may be used for:
- Academic purposes.
- Publications such as printed materials or CDs.
- FAQs and recommended consultation content.
- Consultation responses reflect individual consultant opinions and do not represent the Company’s official stance.
- The Company may refuse to provide consultation in cases such as:
- Repeated inquiries on the same issue.
- Use of inappropriate language in consultation requests.
Article 2: Information Services
- Information provided through the service is for general reference only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
- The Company does not endorse specific products, tests, or treatments mentioned within the service.
- Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the provided information. The Company is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of service-related content.
Chapter 5: Obligations

- The Company will strive to ensure uninterrupted service access.
- The Company is obligated to maintain continuous and stable service in accordance with these terms.
- The Company will process user complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. If delays occur, users will be informed of the reasons and estimated resolution time.
Article 2: Security of Member Information
- Users are responsible for managing their ID and password.
- Members agree to receive emails related to the service.
- If an ID is used fraudulently, the user must notify the Company immediately.
- The Company does not sell or provide personally identifiable information to third parties without prior user consent, except in the following cases:
- Development of new features and services.
- Providing statistical data to advertisers (without exposing individual identities).
- Personalizing advertisements and services based on user preferences.
- Personal information disclosed voluntarily on communication platforms (e.g., forums) may be collected by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the use of such information.
- The Company may use cookies to improve service usability. Users can control cookie settings through their web browser.
Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding the use of the service should be resolved through mutual agreement whenever possible.
